On May 1, we were on our way back home from Sulangan Church when we encountered an unexpected problem on the highway, a sudden flat tire. Lacking the necessary tools or a spare tire, we found ourselves stranded and unsure of what to do next.
Feeling anxious about being stuck in an unfamiliar and isolated area, we decided to call the PNP Balangiga hotline at 09985986604 for help. To our surprise, assistance arrived promptly after our call.
The Balangiga Municipal Police Station team, led by PLT Dante Basibasi and including PSSg Rogerick Germones, PCpl Jude Bagunas, and Pat Daniel Elejedo Jr. II, responded quickly. They located our stalled vehicle and assessed the situation.
Upon arrival, they assured us that they would help us get back on the road safely. Without hesitation, they replaced the flat tire right there on the roadside.
We were impressed by their swift and hands-on approach. Their willingness to personally handle the repair exceeded our expectations, and they efficiently resolved the issue on the spot.
Thanks to their quick action, we were able to resume our journey without further delay or danger. This experience emphasized the importance of seeking help through official emergency channels when needed.
The Philippine National Police’s timely and practical assistance showcased how crucial support can positively impact motorists facing unexpected challenges on the road.
