


PALO, Leyte — Two new priests and one deacon were ordained on December 29 at the Palo Metropolitan Cathedral in Palo, Leyte.
The ceremony was presided over by Bishop John Forrosuelo Du.
The newly ordained priests are Rev. Silvino Brant Navarro from Dulag, Leyte, and Rev. Mike Pace from Jaro, Leyte.
John Harold Katangkatang from Jaro, Leyte was ordained to the diaconate.
This ordination is a significant moment for the local Church, as the Province of Leyte now has over 100 priests serving parishes and communities across the province.
Church officials and the faithful warmly welcomed the newly ordained clergy, offering prayers and support as they embark on their ministry in service to the Church and the people.
