Dolores on Full Alert as Shear Line Brings Heavy Rains, Potential Flooding

DOLORES, Eastern Samar – The municipality of Dolores is on high alert as persistent rainfall, triggered by the shear line affecting Eastern Visayas, poses a threat to various barangays.
