TACLOBAN CITY — PLDT Inc. and Smart have recently opened their first co-located store in Tacloban at Level 1, Annex Building of Robinsons Place Tacloban in Marasbaras. The store is now operational and ready to serve customers in Tacloban City and nearby areas.
The co-located store, launched on February 5, combines home and mobile services in one location, making transactions more efficient for customers. By bringing PLDT and Smart services together, the store simplifies processes such as fiber applications, mobile service requests, billing concerns, and technical inquiries.
Melissa Cuadra, Assistant Vice President and Center Head for Retail Operations and Transformation at Smart, highlighted the company’s commitment to the local community through the new store.
Anna Fernando, Assistant Vice President for Home Retail Management at PLDT, emphasized the positive impact of the store’s presence in Tacloban, providing reliable connectivity solutions and support for families, schools and businesses in the area.
The opening of the co-located store aligns with the PLDT Group’s goal of delivering accessible, high-quality connectivity solutions to meet the changing needs of local communities.
